Our devices come with a built-in IoT E-SIM. The first year of data and software access is completely free. From the second year onwards, there is a nominal software/data renewal fee (approx. Rs 400-600/year depending on your plan) to cover server and SIM data costs.

No. We provide a specialized wiring harness for the wired tracker which means we do not cut or splice any original wires in your vehicle. Your manufacturer's warranty remains intact. Alternatively, you can opt for the wireless tracker which requires no wiring at all.

Using the SmartWheel mobile app, you can send a secure command to the wired tracker to cut off the fuel pump relay. This safely brings the vehicle to a halt and prevents it from being restarted until you send the "resume" command from your phone. (Note: Only available on the Wired Tracker).
