Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping Partners
We ship PAN India via Shiprocket-integrated courier partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and others depending on your location.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified value as per active promotions.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order through the Shiprocket tracking portal using your AWB number.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate.
Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged from outside, or photograph the damaged parcel and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@smartwheel.co.in.
