By placing an order on our store, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products

All GPS tracking devices, fleet management hardware, CCTV systems, and related accessories sold are subject to availability. Product images are for illustrative purposes; minor variations may occur.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment
  • We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, Net Banking, Cards, Wallets)
  • In the event of payment failure, no amount will be debited; if debited, it will be refunded by the bank within 5–7 business days

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped via Shiprocket-partnered courier services. Estimated delivery timelines are 5–10 business days depending on location. Smart Wheel is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or force majeure events.

6. Replacement

We offer replacements (not returns or refunds) as per our Replacement Policy. Please refer to the Replacement Policy section for full details.

7. Warranty

Products carry a limited manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and are mentioned in the product listing or packaging. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this store — including logos, product descriptions, and images — is the property of Smart Wheel and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Smart Wheel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the purchase value of the product.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
