Replacement Policy
At Smart Wheel, we stand behind the quality of our GPS tracking and fleet management products. Since the nature of our products involves hardware devices and subscription-linked services, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we provide a hassle-free replacement for eligible products.
Eligibility for Replacement
You may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is received in a physically damaged condition
- The product is defective or non-functional out of the box (Dead on Arrival)
- The wrong product was delivered
Conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and seals intact
- Replacements are not applicable for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or physical impact after delivery
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers will not be eligible for replacement
- Subscription-based services (SIM cards, platform access) are non-refundable once activated
How to Request a Replacement
- Email us at support@smartwheel.co.in within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs/video of the defect
- Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days
- If approved, we will arrange pickup and dispatch a replacement at no additional cost
Warranty Replacements
Products under manufacturer warranty may be eligible for replacement beyond the 7-day window as per warranty terms. Please contact us for warranty claims.
