Refund policy

Replacement Policy

At Smart Wheel, we stand behind the quality of our GPS tracking and fleet management products. Since the nature of our products involves hardware devices and subscription-linked services, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we provide a hassle-free replacement for eligible products.

Eligibility for Replacement

You may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is received in a physically damaged condition
  • The product is defective or non-functional out of the box (Dead on Arrival)
  • The wrong product was delivered

Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and seals intact
  • Replacements are not applicable for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or physical impact after delivery
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers will not be eligible for replacement
  • Subscription-based services (SIM cards, platform access) are non-refundable once activated

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us at support@smartwheel.co.in within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs/video of the defect
  3. Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days
  4. If approved, we will arrange pickup and dispatch a replacement at no additional cost

Warranty Replacements

Products under manufacturer warranty may be eligible for replacement beyond the 7-day window as per warranty terms. Please contact us for warranty claims.
